1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777pkr platform, including the website at 777pkr.club and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 777pkr ("we", "us", "our", "777pkr").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the 777pkr Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777pkr Platform. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 777pkr Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity);

• Not be acting as an agent, proxy, or on behalf of any third party;
• Be fully capable, under applicable law, of entering into a binding legal agreement.

777pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Pakistani users are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in real-money online gaming is lawful under applicable Pakistani federal and provincial law and in their specific jurisdiction before accessing or using the 777pkr Platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 777pkr Platform at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identity document;
• A valid Pakistani mobile telephone number;
• A valid email address;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older;
• A password meeting 777pkr's minimum security requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify 777pkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777pkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your password or account access with any third party. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings. Accounts accessed from unrecognised devices may trigger additional identity verification steps.

4. KYC and Identity Verification

777pkr is required under applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming frameworks to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires you to submit:

• A legible photograph of both sides of your CNIC or valid passport;
• A recent selfie photograph (taken within the preceding 30 days) clearly showing your face;
• Proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and address, dated within the preceding 90 days), where required;
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required.

Standard KYC review takes between 24 and 48 business hours. You may continue to deposit and play during this period; withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion. 777pkr reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns or for high-value withdrawal requests.

Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent identity documents will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits at 777pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your 777pkr account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. 777pkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks. Transaction fees, if any, imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. You may not withdraw to a payment method not previously used for a deposit on your account without additional verification.

Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable conditions are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request. Standard withdrawal processing time is 24 hours from the point of approval by 777pkr's payments team. 777pkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals are conditional upon completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and absence of any active investigation into the relevant account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777pkr Platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or betting market, in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules will prevail in relation to the conduct and outcome of that specific game or bet.

• 777pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed where the odds or game parameters were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error;
• Winnings from void bets will be returned to your account as a stake refund;
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 777pkr's discretion;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed at the time of placement;
• 777pkr's decisions regarding bet settlement are final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant settlement date.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

777pkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements (the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn), time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

Wagering requirements and all other conditions applicable to a specific bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's dedicated terms at the time the offer is made. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus. 777pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts, or engaging in any strategy that 777pkr determines is designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming — will result in voiding of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Use the 777pkr Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Register more than one account;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or payment verification;
• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate any game outcome, odds, or betting market through technical means, collusion, or any other method;
• Use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by 777pkr;
• Engage in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance or entitlements associated with it to any third party;
• Engage in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith following legitimate transactions.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances at 777pkr's discretion, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

9. Responsible Gaming

777pkr is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools in your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. We strongly encourage all users to use these tools proactively.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and remain in effect for the duration selected (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from 777pkr. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. 10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 777pkr Platform without our express prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777pkr, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical outages, connectivity issues, or Platform maintenance.

777pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made by you to your account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

777pkr collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 777pkr.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, KYC and compliance purposes, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Amendments to These Terms

777pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777pkr holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to 777pkr's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in 777pkr's licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence.
